My experience with Hicken Air has been more than I could have asked for. My AC broke during a heat wave. The staff at Hicken Air were very responsive and gave me a prompt appointment to come examine the problem. The technician (David C.) arrived on time, was very professional and pleasant, and did a thorough review. He coordinated with everyone including his coworkers, the manufacturer, the leasing company, and even got a crane to come over to install a new unit a little later the same day. The whole process (except the AC unit breaking) has been wonderful. Thank you very much!
