I would like to thank Jake for doing an outstanding job and getting my air condition Running. Jake displayed nothing but professionalism and commitment to do his job. I had been without air for two days and I was so glad to see him. He explained to me what he was doing and what he wanted to achieve. It was approximately 8:15 PM when he arrived at my house and within an hour he had checked everything out and had my house nice and cool. He has a beautiful attitude and thinks so positive. I just want his supervisor to know that he has an employee that is out there making his company shine. Jake is a superstar in my book and I would love to have him on my team anytime.

2nd day of our AC outage, Dylan from Hicken came out and diagnosed the problem efficiently and quickly he was also super polite! Through a series of events, NOT Hickens fault (rental company related) I was freaking out about the repair getting done before the weekend. The front-end office gal (Aubrey or Audrey) and Gabe in the afternoon were both polite and helpful. Then today the repair was done by Forest and Shaun, two of the best, hard working people I've met! It was such a pleasure to have them here I made them lunch! Ha! They worked quickly and were super friendly and polite and very mindful of my dogs. SUCH a COURTEOUS company. I thought customer service was dead - not - it resides with Hicken employees!
