Hicken Air was highly recommended to me by a friend who is a luxury home builder. I gave Hicken a call and they did not disappoint! Hicken Air’s bid was lower than my next closest bid by $1,000 and several thousand less than the other bid I got. They were super fast getting it replaced and cleaned up nicely when they were done. I have talked to 5 different employees during this process and they have all been friendly and professional! I’d give them 6 STARS if I could!

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Hicken Air, especially with our primary point of contact Daniel. We reached out via social media to several friends asking for an HVAC recommendation to replace our basement unit and Hicken Air was the most recommended. The entire process from receiving a quote to installing the unit was quick and seamless. The folks at Hicken got drawn into a new build ROC complaint against our GC / builder as they were the contracted sub for our home. They were 1 of half a dozen subs that the builder threw under the proverbial bus for issues many were not directly responsible for and that ultimately resulted in a 303 page (!) ROC issued Citation and Complaint against the builder. Through all of this (including my being less than courteous / professional with their people at times out of frustration over the whole ordeal), EVERY SINGLE PERSON we interacted with from technicians to the owner remained professional and genuinely wanted to see us happy (even if their work may not have been an actual causation of an issue)! They were VERY responsive with excellent communication and worked long past the deadlines to make us happy. We subsequently had an equipment related issue just a few weeks ago before welcoming guests for a wedding (almost 2 years after close) and they went ABOVE & BEYOND to get us up and running before the guests arrived. Out of the whole group of subs / trades involved in issues with our home, the Hicken team was 1 of 2 (out of the 6 involved) that truly cared. I truly enjoyed my experience with this company. They were very communicative, attentive and very quick to come repair my AC issue. Thanks to Orlando and Sid, the job was done quickly, effectively, and they both showed awesome courtesy by offering to put on booties as to not dirty up my home. A lot of people and companies out there don’t even consider or offer to takeoff their shoes or put on booties. In my opinion, that is very unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate to the homeowner. I truly appreciated this company all around! I would recommend them to anyone.

Hicken Air is a company filled with people who are willing to go above and beyond. Sierra is kind, professional, organized and in the details. She is awesome! Yvonne is kind, direct, helpful and professional. Daniel is one calm guy. He listens to concerns, protects his team and tries to find the best solution for every situation. Brett is hands down one of the nicest, honest technicians we have had at the house. He explains everything in detail and makes sure all questions have been answered. Matthew knows his stuff and works efficiently and with attention to detail. Shawn over explains everything and makes sure you understand exactly what is going on with your units. Every time he leaves my house, I feel like I could build an AC unit from the ground up. Simply put, if you want excellent service, call Hicken Air. Shawn H. Was absolutely amazing. He was the only AC tech that cared to show up to our home after fighting with our property management company, another tech refusing to come because he’s working too much. Shawn was on a call near our house, extended his day & came to help us. We have two six year olds & a five month old in the house, he refused to leave us without ac. He called his bosses & did everything he could to make sure when he left, we had cold air. 10/10 reccomend requesting him to be your tech!
